All Poledanceuk instructors have fitness qualifications and have been trained by Director and principle trainer of poledance uk ltd. All instructors have first aid certificates and insurances, your safety is our 1st priority. Poledance lessons are run as a fitness class and we welcome all new members to any of the lessons. You do not need to be a member of any of the gyms to do these classes. Personal or small group pole training available on request, just ask the instructor or email myself at the email address on contact us page
Our Poledance lessons are for woman of all ages, shapes and sizes who would like to enjoy a great evening while learning new dance techniques. You will also enjoy new methods to keep fit, have fun and boost confidence. Poledance uk have many venues in Essex where you can learn to express yourself through dance and movement. You wont need any dance or Pole experience at all; just bring yourself along and we'll take you through the basic twists and turns of Poledance.
Taking advantage of our Hen Night Parties is a great way to get together with a group of friends where you can keep fit and healthy while enjoying the art of dance and movement. Beginners, Intermediate and advanced welcome.
Whether you are joining a Poledance Lesson, Hen Night or Birthday Poledance Party, we will ensure that you will have a great time with the girls at Poledance uk.
